    【美食自己做】减肥6色丁

    这是一道非常简单非常好吃卖相也好看,且个人认为能减肥的家常炒菜!

    食材都是很普通的。

    半个红甜椒,一个zucchini(中文貌似叫节瓜or翠玉瓜or意大利瓜之类,在澳洲相当普遍。)

    这盘食材就有些可怜了,都是冷冻型的。

    玉米粒一些,冷冻的新鲜香菇2颗,荸荠5颗。

    还有两小片培根肉,没有拍入,下面的步骤里会有。然后还有就是蒜蓉。

    STEP 1:

    zucchini瓜切丁,香菇也切丁,培根还是切丁…(好像废话。

    唯一比较需要注意的是,这盘是需要先下锅炒的。

    因为zucchini相对比较难熟,香菇比较希望它更入味一些,而培根原本是咸的,只有先下去才能让你知道最后要加多少盐。

    如果你用的是别的食材,那么这里就要看一下是不是需要先下锅或多煮一会儿了。

    (其实会有些菜谱里这道菜是全部分开炒熟,分开盛起。最后再一起下锅汇总。但因为我比较懒,所以都一起炒了。)

    STEP 2:

    红椒切丁,荸荠切丁,玉米粒也切丁…不是啦,玉米粒本身就是丁…

    这些比较容易熟,而且本身的功能就是让菜色更好看嘛!最后快出锅的时候加进去翻炒几下就好。

    STEP 3:

    热锅,少油,蒜蓉爆香,把步骤1的材料放进锅里炒炒炒炒…直到zucchini软掉。

    加步骤2的材料,尝个味道,太淡就加点盐。

    翻炒翻炒,最后加一咪咪蚝油,再翻炒翻炒,出锅。就完成了,简单吧?

    晚饭只吃这一碟不加饭,刚好减肥。当然,要是能不吃,还是别吃了…我要减肥…
